                    Solar power

                    Solar panels? Then you see below what a solar kWh yields and costs. No panels? Then this step is done.

                    The surplus that is now fed back into the grid can go into the members' cars. The ERE revenue on that solar power goes to the EV driver; the VvE keeps nothing, unless the general meeting sets a minimum per solar kWh.

                    You find it on the annual statement as feed-in or delivered to the grid.

                    The average bare rate the supplier pays per kWh fed back. That is what the VvE misses out on when the solar power goes into the cars. Empty: we calculate with € 0.02.

                    The share of charging that falls in sunny hours. A choice of the member who charges.

                    Empty: the driver gets the full ERE revenue. With an amount (0 is allowed) the driver pays at least that and the VvE keeps the difference for the upkeep of the panels. A decision of the general meeting.

                            Working with VvE Laadoplossing

                            What a charged kWh costs and what charge point management costs. Everything has a default.

                            Automatic is the highest setting at which the charging price in the first year stays below € 0.25 per kWh. After that 10 points more each year, up to 100%.

                            € 1.50 per charge point per month extra; with a fixed or peak and off-peak contract the model calculates with a 25% discount on the bare electricity price for charging.
