A charge point in the VvE:
what is involved
A charge point in a VvE, a Dutch homeowners' association, is not a socket on the wall. It is a shared grid connection, one charging plaza instead of separate charge points, one energy contract, settlement with the members, VAT and ERE. Six parties are involved: an installer, an installation consultant, a Charge Point Operator (CPO), a credit booking service for the ERE, a VAT administration and an energy consultant. Six contracts, six invoices, six desks, and a volunteer board that has to deal with them in the evenings.
Independent
We sell no charge points and no power. You choose the installer and the energy contract; we put the options side by side and prepare the decision.
One point of contact
Consultant, CPO, credit booking service, VAT administration and energy consultant in one: one point of contact, one agreement, one fixed rate per charge point. Everything except the installation; you choose the installer yourself.
With your property manager
The property manager remains the face towards the VvE and invoices from their own software. They are paid for it by the members who charge, not by the whole association.

The power costs more
than the charge points.
You pay for the installation once, for the power every day. That is why energy management is the core of our approach, not an option. The same example as in the quickscan: how the price per kWh is built up.

Per kWh, incl. VAT, 2026 example. With us the ERE yield has already been deducted from the price, so each part of the ring is proportionally lower. The size of the rings is proportional to the price.
Pricing
One rate per charge point
per month.
The rate follows the number of parking spaces in the VvE, not the number of charge points. The power itself and the installation are not included: the VvE pays those directly, without mark-up.
