Pricing

Pricing you can confidently explain to your members.

One tier table, no separate subscriptions, fully transparent. And residents without a charge point contribute nothing — that's how it should be.

One tier table. The more charge points, the lower the rate per point.

The role of the property manager

Your property manager is the natural point of contact — we provide the support.

Residents' questions reach the property manager first anyway: a doorbell that won't work, a leak, and soon also a charge point. If the manager can address those questions directly, it saves everyone time — residents get faster answers and nothing has to be passed on. That's why charging-station management belongs with the property manager, in our view.

We make that easy: the manager gets access to our online manager portal, where the entire charging station can be managed at a glance — faults, access rights, contracts and billing data. No separate software, no training required. The manager receives a fair fee for this work, collected via the charging costs so residents without a charge point don't contribute to it.

The full story for property managers

The For property managers page explains how the portal works, how we deliver data into your VvE administration software, what the division of work between you and us looks like, and the corresponding fee tier.

Optional

When we take over the charging-station management.

Sometimes a property manager prefers not to take on charging-station management themselves — for example because their portfolio is busy enough, or because they want to focus elsewhere. No problem: we can take over that part. Our additional rate for this is fully transparent.

Good to know

What falls outside this pricing?

Installation of the charging station

We don't install ourselves and don't sell charge points. We do — together with your property manager — direct the installer so the right choices are made up front.

The electricity itself

Residents pay for the electricity they use; that money goes directly to the VvE. With the quickscan you can calculate the expected electricity price per kWh for your VvE.

Compare

What do you pay now, and what would it be with us?

A quick comparison per charge point per month. For the full calculation — including electricity price, ERE proceeds and projected charging demand growth through 2035 — use the quickscan.

A rough estimate is enough. With separate subscriptions from different providers, this is typically between € 12 and € 20 per charge point per month.
