How it works

Five steps. Join where you are.

From first indication to a working charging plaza. Per step what happens, who is there and what you get. Already have a quote, or a meeting decision? Then we start there.

Step 1 · Five minutes

Quickscan

Five questions about the building, parking spaces and grid connection. An instant indication of costs, subsidy and charging demand up to 2035. No account needed.

Start the quickscan

What happens

You fill in the quickscan and see the outcome immediately: the number of cars your VvE can expect in the coming years, the capacity that needs, the expected kWh price and what the ERE credits yield. You can email the outcome to yourself and share it with the board.

Who is there

Nobody. You do this yourself, whenever it suits you.

What you get

An indication based on the data of your building and connection. Factual, not a forecast, and enough to know whether it is worth talking further.

Start here if

You first want to know whether this is something for your VvE, without speaking to anyone.

Step 2 · On site

Introduction and site survey

A 30-minute conversation about the outcome and your situation, followed by a survey of the parking garage, meter cupboard and grid connection.

Book a call

What happens

First an online conversation: where does the VvE stand, what has already been decided, what do the members think. Then an installer or consultant from our network inspects the garage, the meter cupboard and the grid connection: how much capacity is there, what is possible without an upgrade, where do the cables go.

Who is there

The board, the property manager and us. At the survey the installer; we make sure the right questions are asked.

What you get

A clear picture of what is technically possible and what it will cost. And an installer who works according to our method, so the choices at the front end are right.

Start here if

You have done the quickscan, or you already have a rough picture and want to know what is possible in your garage.

Step 3 · The document for the meeting

Report and proposal

Scenarios, costs and subsidy in one readable document for the meeting. With a proposal for a decision the board can adopt.

What happens

We put the quotes side by side and write the report: the installation in phases, the energy contract, the kWh price for the members, the allocation key, the subsidy for charge points in the VvE and the ERE yield. No installer jargon; written for members who do not have a car.

Who is there

The board reads and adjusts. The property manager checks whether it fits the administration and the service charges.

What you get

The report, a proposal for a decision for the agenda, and the answers to the questions that will certainly come. Also read decision-making in the general meeting.

Start here if

You already have a quote from an installer and want it checked and turned into a document for the meeting.

Step 4 · The meeting

Meeting decision

The board presents the proposal. We attend, online or on site at a surcharge, and answer the residents' questions.

What happens

The meeting votes on the installation, the allocation key and the management. The questions are usually about three things: what do I pay if I do not have a car, how safe is it, and who calls the installer when it does not work. We have the answers ready.

Who is there

The members, the board, the property manager and us.

What you get

A decision that holds, recorded in the minutes, with the wording the property manager needs for the service charges and the house rules.

Start here if

There is already a meeting decision, or it is already on the agenda, and you want the management afterwards properly arranged.

Step 5 · The ten years after

Management

Residents charge and pay with Charge&Co. The board and the property manager keep VvE Laadoplossing as their point of contact and portal.

residents charge and pay with Charge&Co
What happens

After installation we switch the charge points on: members get their access, every charging session is metered and settled monthly, the ERE credits are registered, the energy contract and consumption are monitored. The property manager invoices from their own software; we deliver the amounts.

Who is there

The property manager as the face towards the VvE, we as back office. The board reads along in the portal and receives a quarterly report.

What you get

Quarterly reports, an annual report for the annual accounts, and every year a proposal for rates and energy choices. See what a charge point costs a VvE.

Start here if

The charging plaza is already there and the management or settlement is not running smoothly. We take over the existing contracts and data, usually within four to six weeks.
